How it works

1. Book Online

Using our online booking system, you can choose your service, pick a date and time that suits you, and book in seconds. No need to wait for a callback. Alternatively, you can call me, and I’ll book you in.

2. We Visit Your Property

I will carry out a thorough assessment of your property. For a standard EPC, this usually takes around 30-45 minutes, and a contactless payment can be taken when the assessment is finished.

3. Receive Your Report

You’ll receive a link to your certificate or report by email. EPCs are always available on the national register. I am always happy to discuss the results of your assessment and the advice provided.

Please include box rooms, offices, and roof rooms in your bedroom count.

Properties with exceptionally large floor areas, three or more extensions, or high window counts may be subject to additional charges.

All additional charges will be agreed at the time of booking.
